Has been instrumental in introducing state-of-art CNC machines for production on one hand and has introduced IT measures like dedicated software for design and fabrication of transmission line tower parts.
Mr. Rungta has a passion for green energy and towards this he has boldly forayed in setting-up a roof top solar project in the company to cater to 30% day time power of the company. Besides this he has also ventured into manufacturing of solar structures both for Mega Watt power plants and solar pumps.

Niraj has been in Real Estate Development for the last 10 years has ongoing projects across Mumbai ranging from commercial and to residential including a 55 storey high end tower at Mazgaon, known as 'Eiffel Tower'.
