Corporate India lays focus on development of Solar energy. Under the Jawahar Lal Nehru Solar Mission, the Government of India contemplates to set up 1,00,000 MW solar generation capacity by 2022.

  • The plan for Solar development assumes central significance for the solar power development in India and is monitored at the level including Prime Minister Office.
  • Different states having large solar irradiation are foraying into setting up solar plants of varying capacity.
  • The Government of Rajasthan following the footsteps of Corporate India, and having very effective irradiation is targeting 25,000 MW generation by 2020.

Solar structures form an integral part of solar power plant. Structures are like laces through which solar modules are mounted for generation of power.

North India is devoid of an organised solar structure production facility. This has prompted MSPL to set up a state-of-the-art solar structure manufacturing facility to cater to the huge demand for such structures being generated in North India.

MSPL – foraying into Solar StructuresSolar

We have set up solar structure manufacturing facility with an initial capacity of 24000 TPA. We have set up state-of-the-art machines for manufacturing various types of profiles including C-Channels, Z- Purlins, Multibeams, equal angles, Lip Channel and various other structures having thickness ranging from 0.8 mm to 4 mm.

MSPL has established a designing facility for solar structures both Mega Watt as well as roof top plant. This facility is also available for designing of solar water pumps of various categories. MSPL has its own standard design for solar pumps structures also. MSPL uses stateof-the-art software in designing the solar structure.

  • We are providing solar ground mounting structures, comprising clamps and accessories, roof top & Mega Watt structures, solar pump structures, solar foundation screws, solar structure erection and Installation.
  • We have in-house hot dip galvanising facility and are equipped with three plants of various sizes to cover galvanising of all sizes of solar structures.
